Welcome to Scottish Gymnastics

One of the many benefits of being a registered member of Scottish Gymnastics is that we arrange insurance designed to protect you whilst you are taking part in the sport.

This website provides you with details about the insurance cover and how to make a claim, whether you are a gymnast, coach, judge or someone responsible for running a club.

Please note we are not involved in the process of renewing Scottish Gymnastics Membership and you should contact your club or British Gymnastics (0345 1297129 ext 2395) with any queries regarding membership

Insurance coverage provided includes:

  • Legal Liability insurance - legal action for causing an injury to someone or damage to someone’s property.
  • Personal Accident insurance - a range of fixed financial benefits are provided in certain circumstances, without the need to prove anyone was negligent.
  • Management Liability insurance - legal liability protection to directors, officers, trustees and managers etc whilst undertaking official management and corporate governance activities.
